Sellers are encouraged to think like a buyer.  Knowing how the buyer shops and what they are looking for will help you ready your property for the market.  Knowing who the BUYER is for your house will guide you in this preparation.  Knowing the market trends and pricing in your area will make the difference between you as a seller being “on the market” vs. “in the market.”  It is my job to bring you your BUYER by having your house ready and waiting for him/her.
